Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is hiring a Bilingual School Based Therapist for an in-person, full-time role at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School in Minneapolis, MN. The position supports students with mental health needs through evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with families and school staff.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, MN licensure track, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Office 365 and EHRs is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP.
• Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability provide assessment, treatment, consultation, and documentation services in either language as needed.
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with stable boundaries with clients.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children and adolescents, including internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff and other Sagent personnel as needed.
• Provide consultation to parents and school staff.
• Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, and related meetings.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.

Compensation

We offer pay options to meet your professional and financial goals!

Rate Based Pay Model

• Licensed: $ 68,000 – 75,000
• Pre-licensed: $ 50,000 – 55,000
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
