Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered as QMHP-C or T with the VA Board of Counseling REQUIRED.
• Must successfully pass a criminal history check and a central registry check.
• Must also successfully pass tuberculosis screening.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations for assigned group of clients.
• Implement Behavior Modification System.
• Maintain weekly contact with clients’ primary caregivers and other professionals.
• Provide transportation for clients using company vehicles as needed.
• Assist in the referral process for each client.
