Job summary

Tree of Life Family Services is seeking a school-based Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) Counselor to support children and adolescents in Loudoun County, Virginia. This role is part-time or full-time, W-2, and requires active Virginia QMHP credentials before independent Medicaid TDT service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia QMHP-Trainee registration required before independent Medicaid TDT service delivery.
• Active QMHP registration or other Virginia credential to provide Medicaid-funded TDT services is required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapeutic interventions, behavioral support, and skill-building services to assigned students.
• Engage students in developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Conduct individual sessions and classroom observations.
