Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a Therapeutic Aide to provide academic, behavioral, and personal support to students in Baltimore City Schools. You will implement FBAs/BIPs, assist with classroom engagement, and collaborate with teachers and school staff to promote student safety and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support students to achieve academic, behavioral, and social goals in the classroom.
• Assist with FBAs and BIPs under supervision.
• Use behavior management techniques to ensure student safety.
• Provide personal care support (toileting, hygiene, dressing, snack).
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior staff, and school personnel.
• Assist with classroom organization and instructional support.
• Collect behavioral and academic data for education teams.
• Ensure safe transitions between classes and environments.
• Support transportation and bus supervision as needed.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and assigned duties.
