Job summary

Brightli in Quincy, IL seeks a School-Based Support Specialist to deliver in-school mental health services and support students' academic and emotional resilience.

You will develop treatment plans, coordinate with school personnel and families, conduct assessments, provide crisis response, and document activities in compliance with guidelines. This role requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to work in a school setting.

Qualifications

  • One of the following is required: degree in psychology, social work or related field; or two years of related experience with a different degree.
  • Experience in mental health, substance use, or developmental disability services is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate with stakeholders.
