You will work on school premises, implementing treatment plans and collaborating with educators to promote resilience and academic achievement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field is preferred.
• Unrelated bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience acceptable.
• Four years of supervised qualifying experience in mental health, substance use, or developmental disability services.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services to students on school premises.
• Support treatment goals using evidence-based strategies and a strengths-based approach.
• Manage a student caseload and provide care coordination with other service providers.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in client staffings.
• Provide crisis response and follow-up support, including outreach for missed appointments.
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency, state, and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in staff development, quality improvement, and program evaluation.
