The role involves providing Occupational Therapy services to students at the Monarch School, specifically those requiring intervention due to autism.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and the necessary licensure, along with skills in communication and collaboration. This full-time position offers a salary between $60,000 and $65,000 per year, providing comprehensive health benefits and significant paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure: Valid Ohio Occupational Therapy license and current Ohio Department of Education license.
• Experience: Combination of education, training, and/or experience in working with autistic children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign and responsibly direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Evaluate performance of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Participate in hiring, disciplinary, and discharge processes for team members.
• Complete evaluations and recommendations for children with autism.
• Administer diagnostic assessments to children with autism.
