Murray Ridge Center seeks a dedicated aide to support students with developmental needs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, feeding, transportation, and positioning, under teacher supervision.

The role involves data entry, email use, and maintaining records during a 9-month school calendar. Preferred candidates may have training beyond high school and experience with assistive technology, iPad use, and internet navigation.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain licensure per Ohio Department of Education.
• Must be able to transfer/lift students from wheelchair to toilet or changing table.
• Must have valid Ohio driver’s license and insured vehicle for agency use.
• Must meet certifications and access funding as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist students in daily living skills (toileting, feeding, transport, positioning).
• Assist teacher and carry out assigned activities in classrooms, pool, locker room, etc.
