Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support student success for the 2026-2027 academic year. In this contract role, you'll work with a small caseload of five students, delivering individualized therapy and collaborating with educators and families to boost learning and communication.

You will assess needs, develop therapy plans, track progress, and participate in IEPs within a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs through standardized tools and observations.
• Develop and implement effective, personalized therapy plans for a caseload of five students.
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary.
