Job summary

Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District is looking for a long-term substitute Speech Language Pathologist from September 1, 2026, to October 13, 2026. You will provide clinical and educational services to students with communication disorders and consult with families and staff.

The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed in Minnesota. This role is benefit eligible, focusing on supporting students through various assessments and providing effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and educational services to students with communication disorders.
• Conduct communication screenings and assessments for students.
• Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Recognizing symptoms and side effects of speech problems

Directing therapy to address identified problems

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
