Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists across Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. We offer school-based opportunities with guaranteed pay and a sign-on bonus, and we tailor placements by experience, age group, and location to fit your preferences.

Positions include preschool through high school caseloads, with supportive mentorship, and collaboration with district teams. Eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 depending on assignment and experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP/CFY eligibility.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.
