Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students’ speech and language development in a school setting near San Anselmo, CA. This contract opportunity lets you apply clinical expertise to improve communication skills and classroom participation.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers and a multidisciplinary team. Earn between $60 and $80 per hour, with the chance to impact students’ lives while advancing your professional practice.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certificate is preferred.
• Experience with school-aged children is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of special education procedures and IEP documentation.
• Excellent communication with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary educational team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and diagnostics of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student goals.
• Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide direct therapy services, individually and in groups, per student needs.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Offer resources and guidance to teachers, staff, and families to support skill generalization.
