Job summary

ProCare Therapy in California is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services for elementary and middle school students, developing individualized plans and participating in IEP meetings.

You will work onsite at two designated school sites, travel between them, and begin as soon as possible through June 10, 2027; benefits available.

Qualifications

Job description

• Deliver all services onsite, ensuring direct, hands-on intervention.
• Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student progress and therapeutic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active California SLP license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) necessary.
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads, especially at the elementary and/or middle school level.
• Strong ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
• SLPA credentials are not accepted for this position; active SLP licensure is mandatory.
• Must be able to begin as soon as possible and commit through June 10, 2027.
• Willingness to travel between two designated school sites as part of the assignment.
