Job summary

Bilingual Therapies is seeking a part-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' speech and language development in a school setting.

You will work with an SLPA, manage a shared caseload of approximately 55 students, and collaborate with teachers and families to deliver IEP-driven services with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Understanding of IEP development, documentation, and service delivery.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students, following established IEP goals.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a supervising SLPA to support a shared caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other support professionals regarding student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed.

A part-time, onsite opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work collaboratively with a dedicated team, including an SLPA, in providing high-quality speech services to a diverse caseload.

• Located onsite at a school near Russiaville, IN
• Part-time: 3 flexible days per week; 8:00am – 3:45pm; total of 21.75 hours weekly
• Caseload shared with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
