BMS Pediatric Therapy Group, P.C. is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year in the southland area, including the south suburbs of Chicago. Positions run Jan 14, 2027 to May 1, 2027, with opportunities in early childhood, elementary and high school settings.

Responsibilities include direct/indirect speech services, IEP alignment, evaluation reporting, and collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators. Onsite only, with multiple schedule options.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (ASHA accredited).
• Active IL Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEP compliance and special education procedures required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language services aligned with students' IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive speech language evaluations and write reports within mandated timelines.
• Develop measurable annual goals and benchmarks aligned with present levels of academic and functional performance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain session notes, service logs, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation as required by district protocols.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support student access to curriculum and communication growth.
• Provide classroom-based, small group, and individual intervention as appropriate to student need.
