Job summary

Soliant is seeking five full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to work on-site in the Colonial School District, New Castle, DE, for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders across preschool through high school, with a caseload placement based on district needs.

Competitive hourly pay ($48–$55), weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware SLP License (or eligibility).
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines.
