Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-6 students in a school setting for the full academic year, with some involvement of middle and high school learners. The role focuses on articulation, language, fluency, and social communication; nonverbal caseloads are not included.

You will conduct screenings, assessments, develop and monitor therapy plans, and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to track progress and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP required.
• Experience in school settings with general education and speech needs preferred.
• Familiarity with K-6 populations; some middle/high school extension.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans: articulation, language, fluency, social communication.
• Flexibility for limited virtual service delivery if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for student caseload.
• Develop, implement, and monitor speech-language therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school/regulatory standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Advocate for speech and language development within the school community.
