ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Ogden, UT. You will serve a single site of about 70 students, with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, starting immediately or as needed.

Ideal candidates have Utah SLP licensure with CCC and at least some school-based experience. Teletherapy experience is a plus, with potential to supervise an onsite SLT and collaborate with teachers, families and teams.

Qualifications

• Current and valid SLP license for Utah.
• CCC certification required.
• Direct school-based SLP experience.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable managing a K-6 caseload of ~70 students.
• Open to supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Provide therapy sessions both one-on-one and small group.
• Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families.
• Supervise and mentor the onsite SLT.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Step into an impactful role supporting K-6th grade students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. With a full 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, you'll focus on a single site serving around 70 students. Immediate start dates are available, with the contract extending as needed.

Ideal candidates bring school-based experience and are comfortable supervising an onsite Speech-Language Technician (SLT). The position requires relevant SLP licensure along with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Those familiar with teletherapy and flexible in delivering both in-person and remote services will thrive in this setting.
