Qualifications

• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered.
• Experience with school-based caseloads or pediatric populations a plus.
• Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized or group therapy sessions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students K-12, following IEP requirements.
• Conduct assessments and reevaluations to help identify language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Develop targeted intervention plans, monitor progress, and document therapeutic outcomes.
• Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and parents to advocate for students' communication goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations.
