Point Quest Group seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in San Lorenzo, CA. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to support students' communication and educational access.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes, maintain IEPs, and contribute to a positive educational environment for diverse learners.

Qualifikationen

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
