Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeks a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide therapy for students aged 4–21 in a specialized day school. You will collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other service providers to enhance communication, behavior, social and life skills.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and current licensure or eligibility. Experience with autism in school settings is preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure or eligibility.
• 1 year of experience with children diagnosed with autism, preferably in school.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group speech and language therapy in classroom and school settings.
• Support classroom staff in implementing language strategies for each student.
• Assess students to determine strengths and needs in speech and language.
• Support AAC device use and complete required documentation.
• Participate in team conferences and contribute to IEP goals and plans.
