Real Journey Academies is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to provide individualized, school-based therapy aligned with the core curriculum. You will assess, plan and implement language goals for students, collaborating with teachers, parents and district staff to support academic, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorder or closely related field.
• Possession of a valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential.
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Screen and identify pupils with communicative disorders and develop short- and long-term objectives.
• Provide individualized speech and language therapy aligned with the core curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, district personnel and agencies.
• Record, analyze and report student progress to inform instruction.
• Plan follow-up procedures for students transferring to other programs.
• Maintain confidential case records and participate in IEP-related activities.
