Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, A Member of Point Quest Group, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Downey, CA for the 2026-2027 year. You will assess, treat, and support students in alignment with IEP goals, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer relocation assistance up to $5,000, comprehensive benefits, and mentorship from experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours.
