Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, a member of Point Quest Group, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Ramona, CA. Provide SLP services to K-12 students, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals for the 2026-2027 school year.

Relocation bonus up to $5,000; CEU/license reimbursement and generous benefits. SLPs and SLPAs will collaborate with teachers and families to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have Master's degree in SLP or CSD from an accredited program.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours.

About the Role:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. What We're Looking For:

Preferred:

• One year of experience in speech therapy
• Department of Education certification
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
