Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to serve students in the Wilmington, DE area. The SLP will assess and plan speech and language programs, participate in IEP teams, track progress, and maintain case files.

Responsibilities include administering assessments, writing reports, providing direct or consultative services, and collaborating with parents and educators while upholding policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Credentialing as an SLP in school settings.
• Experience coordinating IEPs and working with teams.
• Strong collaboration with parents and Educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, design and implement a speech and language program for qualified students.
• Integrate the IEP plan with the student’s general education program and consult with parents and professionals.
• Administer, analyze and interpret a broad range of assessment measures.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations and policies when screening and assessing students to determine eligibility.
• Schedule and attend IEP meetings and prepare individualized programs and reports.
• Provide written reports and goals to meet identified objectives.
• Maintain documentation for evaluations, progress and communications.

Education

Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech and Hearing

Master’s degree in communication disorders

License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
