Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to support students in the Delaware/Wilmington area. The role involves assessing and planning speech and language programs, participating on the IEP team, and producing detailed reports and progress updates.

The SLP will implement goals, maintain documentation, and collaborate with parents, educators, and specialists to support diverse student needs.

Qualifications

• Requires one of the listed SLP credentials or a state license with a master’s degree in communication disorders.
• Strong behavior management skills and ability to work effectively with professional personnel, community and parents.
• Ability to coordinate and direct the work of instructional assistants, support personnel

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, design and implement an effective speech and/or language program for qualified students.
• Integrate the IEP plan with the student’s general education program, consult with parents and other professionals as appropriate.
• Administer, analyze and interpret a wide range of assessment measures.
• Follow all laws, regulations and policies when screening and assessing students to determine eligibility.
• Schedule and attend IEP meetings and prepare IEPs and reports.
• Provide reports and goals to meet identified objectives.
• Provide direct and/or consultation services as defined on the IEP.
• Implement speech and language goals.
• Maintain documentation for evaluations, progress and communications.
• Provide progress reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
