Job summary

Real Journey Academies in Ontario, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver individualized, educationally-based therapy aligned with the core curriculum. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and district personnel to support students’ academic, social and emotional growth through evidence-based strategies.

The role requires a California SLP credential or waiver eligibility, a valid California driver’s license, and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely aligned field.
• California SLP credential or waiver eligibility.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Screen and identify pupils with communicative disorders and set therapy objectives.
• Develop and implement individualized, curriculum-aligned speech therapy.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related professionals.
• Record progress, adjust therapy plans, and communicate results.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in IEP/IEP-related meetings.
