Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Gilroy educational team. This full-time, school-year position focuses on helping students develop communication skills that support academics, social development, and independence.

You will conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide direct and indirect therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
