Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Placerville, CA. The role involves in-person and hybrid therapy to help children develop essential communication skills.

You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, collaborate with families and educators, and monitor progress toward IEP goals. Requires state licensure and a Master’s in SLP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and professionals.
• Monitor and document students’ progress during therapy sessions.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals.
• Foster a positive learning environment for students.
