Qualifications

• Licensed as an Ohio school speech-language pathologist.
• Valid Ohio Speech-Hearing Professionals Board license.
• Experience with IEPs, case management and progress documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct screenings (Child Find, new students, designated grades).
• Serve as case manager for speech-only students; prepare reports and notices.
• Communicate evaluation results clearly to families and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals into classrooms.
• Document therapy progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Develop measurable, attainable educational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and comprehensive assessments.
