Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site LOA coverage starting in March. CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

The role involves evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing IEP-based plans, and delivering direct therapy in individual and group settings within a school-based environment. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active license in CO or eligibility to obtain before start.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
• Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays.
• Collaboration with educators and support staff to impact student success.
• Therapist-owned organization valuing clinician expertise and ongoing PD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports per policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development.

Education
