Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a specialized educational program in Oak Forest, IL. The role supports Pre-K through 12th grade students with significant communication needs in a language-rich setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, IL licensure/certification, and preferably ASHA CCC-SLP. School-based experience and strong collaborative skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Illinois SLP licensure/certification required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to Pre-K–12th grade students.
• Evaluate communication skills and develop treatment goals.
• Implement individualized therapy plans.
• Support AAC and other communication supports.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
