Qualifications

• Knowledge of therapy strategies to address a variety of communication disorders.
• Knowledge of and ability to implement strategies to address student behavior.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with others and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan for and implement Individual Education Plans for students as determined by the ARD/IEP Committee.
• Take consistent and accurate data on IEP goals during therapy sessions and report data to the SLP for progress reports.
• Develop clinical management strategies or procedures and assist the SLP with evaluations as needed.
• Complete all needed documentation of SHARS billable services weekly.
