Job summary

Aspire Public Schools in California is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver speech and language services within students' IEPs in inclusive settings. You will collaborate with site teams, Special Education staff, and outside consultants as needed.

Responsibilities include providing direct and group instruction, assessing and monitoring IEPs, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with state and SELPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• California SLP credential.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• 1+ years of experience in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individual or small group speech-language services as required by IEPs.
• Collaborate with site teams, Special Education staff, and external consultants as needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with related services.
• Schedule, assess, and document progress while meeting timelines and regulations.
• Maintain records and reports per federal, state, and SELPA requirements.
• Support inclusion and equity for students with diverse learning needs.
