Salem-Keizer Public Schools is recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists to support students during the 2026-27 school year. The pool covers permanent, temporary, full-time, part-time and other work agreements; salaries are prorated by FTE and aligned to the 2025-26 schedule.
Minimum qualifications include an Oregon license with speech endorsement and strong communication skills. Bonuses for CCC-SLP and master’s degree are offered, along with district PERS contributions.
Utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, speech language pathologists provide prevention, assessment and remediation services for students who exhibit difficulties in language, speech, voice and fluency. These services are designed to help students meet their functional and educational goals
Salary is prorated based on FTE: $53,831 - $105,956 (Salary is based on the 2025-26 schedule and is subject to change)
