Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to design, develop and evaluate therapy services for students under an IEP to meet their speech and language needs.

The role requires a Master’s in speech pathology, CCC-SLP, AZ SLP license, AZ Ed SLP certificate, and AZ IVP fingerprint clearance. It supports a 9.5-month calendar with FTE from 1.0 to 7.5 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech pathology or communication disorders.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP).
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Arizona Department of Education Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
• Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate Speech and Language therapy services for IEPs to meet student needs.
• Collaborate with educators to implement goals and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and licensing requirements.
