Job summary

TSP Ed Co in Tucson, AZ is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a school setting. You will provide individualized services, collaborate with educators and families, and help children strengthen communication skills for school and life.

This role emphasizes direct student work, assessments, goal setting, and documentation within a supportive educational team while ensuring compliance with licensing and school policies.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license/credential in AZ
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• CCC-SLP preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status
• Experience with children or adolescents preferred
• School-based and/or special education experience a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed
• Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement evidence-based interventions
• Support articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
• Monitor and document student progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student programming
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Support students' communication in classroom and school settings
• Maintain confidentiality and follow TSP Ed Co policies
