Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Berlin, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative special education team while helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically.

The role is full-time onsite for the 2026–2027 school year, with compensation ranging from $41.72 to $61.72 per hour, plus healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals where available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active New York SLP license required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Experience with children with a variety of disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy based on student IEPs.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop appropriate recommendations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
• Participate in IEP/CSE meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other related service providers.
• Support students with a variety of communication needs and disabilities.
