Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active New York State SLP license required.
• TSHH or TSSLD (DOE certification) preferred.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience in school settings or with school-age children preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy and implement evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and write clear, actionable reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in regular communication with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.

Compensation
