Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students with communication disorders to determine eligibility and need for speech/language services.
  • Document communication skill deficits and impact on educational performance.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans targeting diagnosed disorders.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to support instructional programs and student progress.
  • Maintain data management and progress monitoring for IEP goals.
  • Attend meetings and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, students and families.
