Golden Oak Therapies is hiring a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to serve students in Fort Worth, Texas. You will provide in-person therapy, develop evaluations and goals, and maintain ARD/IEP documentation with collaboration from teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person speech-language therapy services.
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
• Complete IEP documentation and write measurable goals with timely progress notes.
• Attend ARD/IEP meetings with families and school staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide in-person speech-language therapy services.
• Complete evaluations, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
• Complete IEP documentation, write measurable goals, and maintain timely, accurate progress notes.
• Attend and actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD)/IEP meetings with families and school staff.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver evidence-based, engaging therapy that helps students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility for Texas licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for making a meaningful impact in students' lives
• School-based experience preferred
