Total Communication Therapy LLC in Texas is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) for a full-time school-based position. We are a speech therapy private practice owned and operated by a certified speech-language pathologist, offering frequent supervision, feedback, and tools to support outcomes.

This 2025-2026 school-year role provides a signing bonus, performance bonus, training, and licensure reimbursement as part of a supportive, clinician-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of IDEA due process requirements.
• Thorough knowledge and skills in conducting/interpreting comprehensive speech/language evaluations; therapy services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and parents regarding evaluations, treatments, and resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff to plan and deliver speech-language services.

Skill Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge and skills in conducting/interpreting comprehensive speech/language evaluations; thorough knowledge and skills in providing speech/language therapy services
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and parents regarding evaluations, treatments, and further resources
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to plan and deliver speech-language services.

Education Qualifications
