Job summary

Novo Staffing is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles in the Stuart, Florida area for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions are available across elementary, middle and high school levels, offering flexible full-time and part-time options and travel packages where applicable.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an FL certification, with at least one year of school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Must have FL Speech Pathology Certification.
• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology required.
• Experience with school children preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SLH or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services in language development and articulation for students with speech-language impairment.
• Screening and diagnostic services for assessments.
• Interpretation of screening/diagnostic results to IEP/evaluation team.
• Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans for SL students.
• Report progress to parents as required.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff on academic needs.
• Communicate with parents and colleagues effectively.
• Work with Elementary to High School levels.

Job Description: We are looking for multiple passionate special language pathologists for a full-time position around the Stuart FL area who can provide support for the 2026-2027 school year. You will be responsible for the following:

• Provide direct services in language development/articulation for students identified as having a speech-language impairment.
• Provide screening and diagnostic services for students referred for assessment/evaluation.
• Provide interpretation of results of screenings/diagnostic assessments to the IEP or evaluation team.
• Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans for special education students with SL goals.

• Collaborate with general and special education staff regarding academic skills and needs.
• Communicate with parents and colleagues effectively.
