Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• 3 years of public school experience required or equivalent.
• Arizona SLP Certificate required.
• ASHA CCC Certification required.
• Arizona license required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct speech therapy services.
• Arranges and supervises therapy plans.
• Prepares documentation for ADE requirements.
• Bills Medicaid for speech therapy services.
• Travel between school sites to consult with parents and teachers.
• Supervises SLP Assistants and paraprofessionals.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
