Pediatric Developmental Services in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

This full-time role offers a consistent school schedule, collaboration with experienced SLPs, and opportunities for professional development and licensure reimbursement.

You will provide direct therapy, document progress, and help implement IEP goals within a supportive school-based team.

Qualifications

• Active SLPA license required.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services following plans created by the supervising SLP.
• Support students in articulation, expressive/receptive language, and social communication.
• Accurately document sessions and track student progress.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and classroom carryover strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and supervising SLPs to support student outcomes.
