Job summary

Platinum Therapy in Lodi, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our school-based program. This full-time, in-person role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy services to children, supporting communication development within a collaborative team.

You will assess needs, design individualized plans, and monitor progress while partnering with families and educators to help students meet IEP goals. The position offers comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
Experience with early intervention is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and families.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to determine speech and language needs of children.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support children's development.
Monitor and document students’ progress during therapy sessions
