Job summary

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Lodi, California. This in-person role offers $73–$92 per hour, depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will work with students, collaborate with educators and families, and help children reach their communication and academic goals in a supportive school setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.
• Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation of services and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational planning.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students.
• Help children develop the communication skills they need to succeed in school and everyday life.
