Job summary

Watch Me Shine in the Bangor area is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based speech therapy for preschool and school-aged children aligned with individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and discharging plans; conducting diagnostic assessments; recommending rehabilitation programs; delivering 30-minute sessions 1–5 days per week in classroom or speech office settings. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Maine license/registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating existing and creating new treatment programs, plans of care, goals and discharge plans.
• Administering diagnostic speech and language evaluations and screenings.
• Assessing client status and recommending rehabilitation programs in writing.
• Implementing the service delivery model appropriate to student needs.
• Selecting therapy materials to meet age, culture, and interests.
• Providing 30-minute speech-language therapy sessions 1–5 days per week.
