Job summary

Point Quest is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in Mishawaka, IN. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to support students’ communication goals in a K-12 setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license, with DOJ/FBI Live Scan background checks. We welcome Clinical Fellows to apply and offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).
