Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Lakewood, WA is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the Lakewood school district. You will provide speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators, families, and other school staff to support communication skills and overall student success in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or licensure eligible.
• AsHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and educate students and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers in multidisciplinary teams.
